Everyone who knows Jimmy will tell you about his understanding and caring for people. That, combined with his knowledge of business fundamentals, makes Jimmy the perfect person to oversee sales and production at Cross Resource Group; ultimately driving business development, account service and recruiting delivery.

Upon meeting him, one thing you will know about Jimmy right away is that he is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University. After working his way through college, he began his career in a different industry but ultimately finding his way to staffing. Before co-establishing CRG in 2006 with his wife Lana, Jimmy led sales and delivery efforts the previous 10 years with a national recruiting firm. There he worked in the telecom, technology, call center, aviation, manufacturing and energy markets. Of the 9 years in sales, he achieved multiple winnings of that company’s top sales honors.

 
Jimmy Hamilton, a natural born people person and salesman, gravitates to building relationships with everyone he meets! Raised by a single mother he rose from humble beginnings; hard work and creative entrepreneurship became part of life. As co-founder and CEO of Cross Resource Group, Jimmy uses this resourcefulness to engage with people in business and dream big for the organization. Above all, Jimmy loves Jesus, his wife and family; living to serve them is his greatest desire. He lives out the CRG mission statement and core values each day.
