LANA HAMILTON

PRESIDENT

Founder and President of Cross Resource Group, Lana Hamilton, brings a calming spirit to the fast pace recruiting and staffing industry. From the office of their home in Anna, Texas, she and her husband Jimmy launched her woman owned business back in 2006. Since inception, the company’s growth year over year, under her ownership and direction, is inspirational. Initially utilizing her ability to multitask in all areas of the company gradually led way to the hiring of exemplary internal employees. These wonderful staff members make up a select team that Lana prides herself in leading into the future of her company.

Upon graduation from Texas A&M University, Lana served many years as a teacher in both public and private education. This valuable experience working with parents, students and fellow educators laid the groundwork for Lana’s aptitude for working with a wide variety of personalities. It is her desire to encourage and serve both CRG employees and clients. One great initiative that continues to grow company wide is the incorporation of Kingdom work. As profits grow, Lana’s heart is to come alongside CRG employees to expand giving and volunteering opportunities. The philosophy of profit=purpose drives Lana to find ways to help grow the business in order to bless her employees, their families and the world.

Lana, along with Jimmy, raised two children, a daughter that is now married and a son, all of which are Aggies! She enjoys time with family, being outdoors and serving the Lord through ministries supporting women and marriages.
