Michael Powell is originally from the gulf coast of Alabama. He met his beautiful wife in 2011 and followed her to Dallas soon after they were married in 2014. They have a beautiful daughter, Hazel, and an adorable dog Emmy Lou. When Michael is not working, he is likely playing golf, finding reasons to go to the nearest beach, or cheering for the University of Alabama! He attended Rhodes College where he played football and studied Biology.
Michael is a seasoned professional in the field of recruitment operations, bringing a wealth of expertise and leadership to his role as Director of Recruitment Operations at Cross Resource Group. With a passion for optimizing talent acquisition processes and identifying top-tier candidates, Michael plays a pivotal role in the growth and success of the organization. He started working at Cross in 2015 as a recruiter soon after moving to Texas.
