Maintains distribution channels by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, encouraging, and managing distributors. Accomplishes distributor results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counseling, and disciplining distributors; initiating, coordinating, and enforcing systems, policies, and procedures.
Achieves sales objectives by setting quotas with distributors; presenting products to accounts.
